1) How do I know if AccessoryInsanity.com has received my order?

Once your order is placed you will receive a confirmation email to confirm that AccessoryInsanity.com has received your order and your transaction has gone through.

2) How long will it take for my order to get to me?

Your order will be shipped out within 1-2 "business" days of the date you place your order. All items are shipped via Canada Post, US Post or the Local Post of your country. Please allow 1-2 weeks for delivery in Canada and 1-3 weeks for delivery to the US. International customers, please allow 2-10 weeks for delivery.

3) When will I know that my product has shipped?

AccessoryInsanity.com will confirm shipping through email once your order has shipped.

4) What material are the handbags and wallets made of?

The material that the handbags, wallets, passport holders and luggage tags are made of is "Vegan Leather". It is not leather, but a leather-like soft polyurethane product that is durable and will not crack in cold weather. Therefore, no animals are harmed in the making of these products.

5) Do you use recycled materials for shipping?

Yes, we do. We try to be as environmentally friendly as possible. The larger paper bubble envelopes we use are made from 50% recycled fiber in the paper portion and 20% recycled film in the bubble portion. The plastic bubble envelopes we use are made from 20% recycled film in the exterior as well as the bubble portion.

6) How can I pay for my purchase and is my credit card information secure?

You can pay with either AMEX, MC or Visa. We use a secure payment provider therefore, we never even see your credit card information. We have a current SSL certificate isued to us by GeoTrust. All sites secured by GeoTrust SSL certificates are provided 256 bit encryption thereby offering the highest level of encryption and security possible. This means you can rest assured that communications between your browser and this site's web servers are private and secure.

7) What does 'Final Sale' mean?

If an item is marked 'Final Sale,' this means that it cannot be returned or exchanged. Store credit or a refund will not be issued for any returned 'Final Sale' items.

8) The item I want to purchase is out of stock. Will it come back in stock?

Most likely yes. Just email us and we will be glad to check our inventory or contact our designers and let you know.

9) Can I use more than one coupon on my order?

No, sorry! Our system only accepts the last coupon entered. Coupon codes cannot be combined. Our advice is to choose wisely which coupon will save you the most money. Use the best coupon available.
