Returns Policy

At Accessory Insanity we do our absolute best to make sure you are happy with your purchase! If you are unhappy in any way, send us an email (make sure to mention your order number, and the nature of the problem).

Rules and Conditions for Returns and Exchange:

(Sorry. Due to hygienic reasons, there are no returns on earrings).

Items must be returned within 14 days of the day you received your order in 100% new condition. They must not be worn, washed, or damaged and all tags must be in place and in original packaging.

A copy of the packing slip/invoice (included inside the package of every shipment) must accompany all returns.

Please be advised, your refund will only be processed once the item has been received by Accessory Insanity safe and sound. Therefore, it is advisable to always purchase shipping insurance when returning items and to take care when packaging your returns. Refunds cannot be provided for uninsured items that have been lost or damaged in the mail.

Shipping & Handling and Customs/Duty costs are non-refundable. We do not accept COD returns. To avoid any additional Customs, Duty and Brokerage fees, please ship all returns as regular parcel or regular mail through USPS. This is the most economical method available.

Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned for refund.

Please allow 5-7 business day after we receive the item for refunds to be processed. A refund will be issued only to the original credit card or PayPall account. In some instances, the refund may be subject to a $5 restocking fee.
